Policies

Cancellation

In case of cancellation or amendment:

• 30 days prior to arrival: no charge.
• 29-8 days prior to arrival: a cancellation fee of the 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
• 07 - 0 days prior to arrival: a cancellation fee of the 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
• No-show or earlier departure: the no-show and earlier departure fee will be 100% of the total accommodation cost.

Payment:

• No Deposit for booking
• 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged on client's credit card 29 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
• The remaining balance will be charged on client's credit card 7 days prior to arrival and is non- refundable.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation in order to complete your check-in.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the client's Credit Card in order to secure payment.
