Cancellation

• In case of cancellation 07 days prior to the scheduled arrival in Low (06/05-20/05 & 28/09-31/10), 14 days prior the scheduled arrival in Middle & High (21/05-30/06 & 07/09-27/09), or within 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival in Peak (01/07-06/09) season, 100% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.
• In case of cancellation 24hours prior to arrival, non show or of departure earlier than the scheduled one, the total cost of the reservation is required.

Important notice: A reservation is considered cancelled only when the Hotel receives the cancellation through Webhotelier. Changes to any bookings must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by the hotel . Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change. Additional policies and fees may apply when booking more than 3 rooms as this will be considered a group booking.

Cancellation fees might be arranged as Credit for future stays by contacting the Hotel.

Payment:

• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards before the arrival date for the total reservation amount.
• Payment policy: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged to the provided credit card 07 days prior to the scheduled arrival in Low (01/05-20/05 & 28/09-31/10), 14 days prior the scheduled arrival in Middle & High (21/05-30/06 & 07/09-27/09), or within 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival in Peak (01/07-06/09) season.

Additional policies and fees may apply when booking more than 3 rooms as this will be considered a group booking.

Cancellation fees might be arranged as Credit for future stays by contacting the Hotel.
