Cancellation

Cancellations free of penalty will be accepted if notified 48 hours (by 12:00pm local time) prior to arrival with exception for period listed below.

17/06/22 - 17/09/22 - 7 days prior to arrival (by 12.00pm local time) or full charges will apply.

Late cancellations will incur in a penalty equal to two nights accommodation, which will be debt to the credit card given to guarantee the reservation:
Early departure: 100% of remaining stay will apply as an early departure fee. All changes must be notified 48 hours in advance.
No Shows: No shows for all rooms will incur in a penalty fee equal to three night's accommodation. 

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required for all online bookings. No charge will be applied prior to guest’s arrival. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card prior to arrival in order to check its validity.
