The Villas

All villas are exclusively constructed by Mykonian rock of 65cm length, which was inherent in the ground. Its architecture is minimal emphasizing the outdoor space, which embodies the wonderful giant rocks of the hill (a protected geological monument of granite boulders shaped as statues). Our purpose was the illustration of the natural environment and not the creation of an artificial garden.

The Advantages

All villas are in perfect harmony with the natural environment. The stones used to construct the villas, ensure to create a cool atmosphere during the warm days and a warm one during the cold ones.

The Interior

The interior is cozy and decorated with pristine, and tastefully appointed, comfortable furniture and artwork. The large windows, allow plenty of light to come in every room and offer a unique view no matter in which room of the Villas you are. On the ground floor are located a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a spacious living room with a couch for 8 persons and fireplace. The bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, with the option to change into two single beds in two of the rooms. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower panels. Rooms are comfortably spacious and tastefully furnished in a bright, minimalist style, incorporating white walls and ceilings with local rock, traditional features of Cycladic architecture, making this Villa a top choice for those who seek the best from traditional and modern design.

Cancellation

• 22 or more days prior to the arrival date of the guest, no fee is charged.
• 15 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the guest, the cost of one night is charged.
• 7 to 14 days prior to the arrival date of the guest, 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
• 6 or less days prior to the arrival date of the guest, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.
• In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.

Payment:

The amount of 1.000 Euros is required as deposit.
