Cancellation

For cancellations 3-0 days prior to arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

For no show or early departure, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the total stay.

Payment:

Payment Policy

A deposit of the 1st overnight is required upon confirmation.

The remaining balance of the reservation will be due for payment on arrival date.

Important Note:
The Cardholder’s name should always be the same with the Guest details name.
Please note that upon arrival a credit card must be provided for settlement of the stay.
At the time of check-in and for validation reasons, you are kindly requested to present the same credit card on which the reservation's deposit was charged. In any other case, the hotel will cancel all previous charges and charge the whole amount of the reservation on a new credit card that you should provide.
