The accommodation is in the area of Livadia Beach, so just a few moments walk to long, sandy beach and to the seafront and its numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Cancellation

Cancellation of the entire reservation can be made without charge up to 21 days before arival.

Thereafter:

• Cancellation up to 3 days before arival will incure a charge amounting to the 20% of the total cost of the stay, which  will be made to the card securing the reservation.
• Cancellation less than 3 days before arival will incure a charge amounting to the total cost of the stay, which  will be made to the card securing the reservation.
• No show will incure a charge amounting to the total cost of the stay, which  will be made to the card securing the reservation.

Payment:

20% of the total cost of your stay wiil be charged to your credit card securing the booking, not earlier than 21 days before the confirmed arrival date.

The final payment can be done at the end of your stay in cash or by credit card.

Guests departing earlier than the confirmed departure at booking may incur an early departure fee.
