Cancellation

For any cancellation that takes place at least 14 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees. For any cancellation that takes place 14 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a one-night cancellation penalty fee or the deposit will not be refunded. In case of non-show, there will be a two-night cancellation fee. In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 50% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

Credit card guarantee or one night deposit in the hotel's bank account is required to secure your reservation.

The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
