Για ακυρώσεις κρατήσεων τουλάχιστον 14 ημέρες πριν από την ημερομηνία άφιξης, δεν υπάρχουν ακυρωτικά. Για ακυρώσεις κρατήσεων από 13 έως 7 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης, ισχύουν 50% ακυρωτικά. Ακυρώσεις που γίνονται σε μικρότερο χρονικό διάστημα ή σε περίπτωση μη εμφάνισης ή σε περίπτωση προσφοράς, ισχύουν 100% ακυρωτικά.

Σε περίπτωση που ο πελάτης μειώσει τη διάρκεια της διαμονής του, χρεώνεται το 100% του συμφωνηθέντος ποσού.

Payment:

Για την διασφάλιση αυτής της κράτησης, απαιτείται πιστωτική κάρτα. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει το δικαίωμα να προεγκρίνει την κάρτα, πριν την άφιξη του πελάτη.
Το υπόλοιπο του λογαριασμου θα διευθετηθει κατά την αφιξη , είτε με πιστωτική κάρτα ειτε με καταβολή μετρητών.
