Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to 31 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

• If you cancel within this free cancellation window, no fees apply.
• For cancellations later (30-0 days) 100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
• No-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.  

Payment:

30% prepayment of the total stay cost is required at the time of booking.

30 days prior to your arrival, the remaining amount of your reservation must be settled.

The company reserves the right to pre-authorize guest's credit card any time after reservation, with the total cost of the reservation.

Important Note: The Cardholder’s name should always be the same with the Guest details name.

Be aware that this is a multi-part prepayment – the first instalment will be charged at the time of booking, and for the rest of the instalments refer to the cancellation policy.
