Cancellation

• If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payment:

• A deposit of 30% of your stay will be necessary to secure your reservation.
• The rest amount will be payable until or at the guests’ arrival.
