Cancellation

• No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 14 days before arrival.
• In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.
• In case of no show, late cancellation or departure prior to the scheduled one, 100% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.

Payment:

• Your credit card will be kept as guarantee.
• In order to guarantee the booking a deposit of 50%, via credit card or wire bank transfer, is required 14 days before arrival.
• The hotel has the authority to charge the below mentioned credit card with the relative amount 14 days before the scheduled arrival.
