The hotel is in Neapoli, a pretty harbour town just a few kilometres from the tip of Cape Maleas. Among the sights in the surrounding countryside and along the coast are the villages of Vatika, the ancient sunken city of Pavlopetri, the island of Elafonissos, the cave of Aghios Andreas at Kastania, the petrified forest and on the tip of the cape itself, a group of chapels and monastic dwellings that have given it the name of Little Mt. Athos.

• Δεν υπάρχει χρέωση για ακυρώσεις που γίνονται νωρίτερα από 7 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης.
• Σε περίπτωση εκπρόθεσμης ακύρωσης μέσα στις τελευταίες 7 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης θα χρεώνεται το 50% της πρώτης βραδιάς.
• Σε περίπτωση μη εμφάνισης θα χρεωθεί η πρώτη βραδιά.
• Σε περίπτωση καθυστερημένης άφιξης ή πρόωρης αναχώρησης χρεώνεται το 100% του υπολειπόμενου ποσού. 

Payment:

Για την επιβεβαίωση της κράτησης απαιτείται μια έγκυρη πιστωτική κάρτα. Η πληρωμή θα γίνει κατά την αναχώρηση του πελάτη. Η πιστωτική κάρτα θα χρεωθεί ΜΟΝΟ στην περίπτωση εκπρόθεσμης ακύρωσης. Το ξενοδοχείο διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να προεγκρίνει την πιστωτική κάρτα οποιαδήποτε στιγμή πριν την άφιξη του πελάτη.
