• Δεν υπάρχει χρέωση για ακυρώσεις που γίνονται νωρίτερα από 7 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης.
• Σε περίπτωση εκπρόθεσμης ακύρωσης μέσα στις τελευταίες 7 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης θα χρεώνεται η πρώτη νύχτα.
• Σε περίπτωση μη εμφάνισης θα χρεωθεί το συνολικό ποσό της κράτησης.
• Σε περίπτωση καθυστερημένης άφιξης ή πρόωρης αναχώρησης χρεώνεται το 100% του υπολειπόμενου ποσού. 

Payment:

Για την επιβεβαίωση της κράτησης απαιτείται μια έγκυρη πιστωτική κάρτα. Η πληρωμή θα γίνει κατά την αναχώρηση του πελάτη. Η πιστωτική κάρτα θα χρεωθεί ΜΟΝΟ στην περίπτωση εκπρόθεσμης ακύρωσης. Το ξενοδοχείο διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να προεγκρίνει την πιστωτική κάρτα οποιαδήποτε στιγμή πριν την άφιξη του πελάτη.
