The "Kiriazanos Apartments", a  family owned small business, is located in the south end of Parikia, the main town of Paros island, 1.500mfrom the main harbor and 750m from the sea front.

The establishment consists of four apartments build according to the traditional Cycladic architectural lines, based in the middle of a 3.000 sqr meters orchard, including a vineyard and olive trees.

Policies

Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place up to 60 days before the arranged arrival date, there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place within 60 days prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be 50% of the remaining stay cancellation penalty fee.
• In case of non-show, there will be a 100% of the remaining stay cancellation fee. In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. Full account settlement upon departure.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
