“Kerveli Luxury Villa” is located on the small and quiet bay of Kerveli, amongst colourful gardens of bougainvilleas, fruit trees, olive trees and aromatic herbs - a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Only a minute’s walk from the beach these luxury holiday homes are charmingly designed and traditionally furnished to provide a most comfortable holiday all year round.

The swimming pool within the tranquil grounds surrounded by stone built walls is the perfect setting to enjoy the sun and swim in privacy. This romantic spot makes it an ideal honeymoon destination but equally appropriate for unforgettable holidays with family and friends.

The “Kerveli Luxury Villa” is a complex, which consists of 3 newly stone-built apartments in traditional Greek style, designed to provide all modern comforts.

Each apartment reflects discreet taste and a sense of elegance with a large living room and dining area with fire-place, an open plan fully-equipped kitchen leading out onto shaded terraces for alfresco dining, overlooking the garden and the Aegean Sea.

Especially in the spring and summer when the garden is in bloom what better than a barbecue by the pool to take in the scenery. All kitchens are fully equipped with proper cooking devices and oven, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and many gadgets.

The bedrooms are spacious and sunny with double / twin beds and the luxury bathrooms are fully equipped with modern amenities and Jacuzzi bath or hydro-massage shower cabin. The iron wrought beds are of traditional Greek style and there is ample cupboard space and many useful fittings.

• Σε περίπτωση μη εμφάνισης 2 μέρες πριν την άφιξη: Χρεώνεται το συνολικό ποσό της κράτησης.
• 3 με 7 μέρες πριν την άφιξη:  Χρεώνεται το 80% του συνολικού ποσού της κράτησης.
• 8 με 14 μέρες πριν την άφιξη:  Χρεώνεται το 50% του συνολικού ποσού της κράτησης.
• 15 με 21 μέρες πριν την άφιξη:  Χρεώνεται το 25% του συνολικού ποσού της κράτησης.
• 22 μέρες πριν την άφιξη: Δεν υπάρχει καμία χρέωση.

Payment:

Για να ισχύει η κράτηση σας, χρειαζόμαστε μια προκαταβολή του 25% της συνολικής κράτησης, την ημέρα που κάνετε την κράτηση σας. Η πληρωμή της προκαταβολής μπορεί να γίνει με πιστωτική κάρτα ή με κατάθεση σε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό.
