Για ακυρώσεις έως και 7 ημέρες πριν από την ημερομηνία άφιξης δεν χρεώνονται ακυρωτικά. Για οποιαδήποτε ακύρωση που θα λάβει χώρα μετά από αυτό το διάστημα ο πελάτης επιβαρύνεται με το ποσό που αντιστοιχεί σε 2 διανυκτερεύσεις ή στην περίπτωση προκαταβολής αυτή δεν θα επιστραφεί. Σε περίπτωση μη εμφάνισης ο πελάτης επιβαρύνεται με το ποσό που αντιστοιχεί σε 2 διανυκτερεύσεις. Σε περίπτωση πρόωρης αναχώρησης ο πελάτης χρεώνεται με το 50% της υπολειπόμενης διαμονής.
