Policies

Cancellation

In case of cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival, no fees will be charged.

For any cancellation between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival, a 50% fees will be charged.

For any cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival, the full price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 50% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

A 30% pre-payment is required in order to confrirm a booking.
