Cancellation

Any cancellation or modification made in less than:

- 14 days prior arrival date during Low Season (01/05-30/05 and 01/10-30/10) = 100% charge of the whole stay!
- 21 days prior arrival date during Middle Season (31/05-30/06 and 01/09-30/09) = 100% charge of the whole stay!
- 30 days prior arrival date during High & Peak Seaon (01/07- 31/08) = 100% charge of the whole stay!

Non show or earlier than scheduled departure, a penatly fee 100% of the entire stay applies

When the cancellation limit expires, 100% of the total stay charges will apply.

Payment:

Advance payment policy:

• 30% deposit will be charged anytime after booking!
• The rest of the amount will be charged after free cancellation has expired.

In case of failure to provide payment as above, IRIA BEACH art hotel will notify you accordingly requesting a new payment method and reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any further obligations.
