Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 14 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 14 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be 50% of the total  stay  cancellation penalty fee .
• In case of non-show, there will be 100% of the total stay cancellation penalty fee.

Payment:

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation.

The HOTEL can collect this prepayment from the guest anytime after the reservation is made.
