Situated less than a mile from the picturesque Vasiliki town, it provides very easy access to the center of the area and to the best beaches of the island.

Policies

Cancellation

For any cancellation that takes place at least 7 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees. For any cancellation that takes place 7 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of non-show the deposit will not be refunded.In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 50% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

25% IN ADVANCE through Credit card guarantee or bank deposit is required to secure your reservation.
