Cancellation

The total reservation amount will remain charged in case of any cancellation, modification, no show or early departure.

Payment:

A 50% deposit of the total reservation amount will be charged upon booking.

The rest 50% of the total amount shall be paid upon check-out.

The total reservation amount may be pre-authorized at any time on the provided credit card. In case the card results invalid, you will be asked to update it within 24 hours in order to maintain your booking confirmed. 

Please ensure that you have the provided credit card with you upon arrival.

Payment by credit card is possible only if the cardholder stays at the property. Third party payments can be made only via bank transfer.
