Cancellation

• For cancellations 22 days prior to the arrival date no cancellation fee is charged and the deposit paid will be refunded. 
• Any cancellation made 8 - 21 days prior to arrival will result in 30% cancellation fees of the entire booking - therefore the deposit paid is not refundable. 
• Any cancellation within the 7 days prior to arrival, or non-appearance, or less stay, will result in 100% payment of the entire booking. 

Payment:

In order to guarantee the reservation, a valid credit card number is required. We shall charge the credit card with the 30% of the total amount of the reservation upon booking. The remaining balance should be paid upon arrival to the hotel. In case of cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival, the cancellation policy will be applied.
