H Hotel Kalypso is built in traditional Aegean-style and is equipped with a handful of modern amenities and comforts, including WiFi at the pool area. All 20 guest rooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hotplates, kitchenware, a satellite tv with dvd player a private balcony overlookingthe sea and Telendos island.

The relaxing atmosphere around the outdoor pool area is what every guest would ask for. In the grounds of Kalypso apart from the lovely pool there is a sun terrace and a shaded patio area, where you can soak up the sun whilst enjoying snacks and drinks from the bar. If you fancy a change of sunbathing scenery the sandy beach is less than 5 min ute’s walk. Of course, you can enjoy the peaceful environment and the pretty beaches of Myrties, Masouri and Melitsahas which are all within walking distance.

H Hotel Kalypso provides easy access to nearby restaurants with very interesting prices for its visitors and also to nightclubs. We are also providing to our guests yoga courses, massage, beauty services, etc. on our premises with extra fees. From Myrties area guests can enjoy easy access to all that this lively island has to offer.

Policies

Cancellation

-         Cancellations made twenty one (21) or more days prior to the date of arrival are free of charge. So you have a full refund of the deposit . All refunds payable by e-banking are subject to some fees.

-         Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more  prior to the date of arrival will incur a full charge of the deposit ( a 50% of the total amount of the reservation) .

-         Cancellations made seven (3) or more  days prior to the date of arrival will incur 50% charge of the total amount of the reservation .

-         Cancellations made less than two (2) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation.

-         If you have made a reservation for more than 5 rooms for the period 10th of July to 20th of August, all cancellation made forty days (40) or less prior to the date of arrival , will incur a full charge of the deposit ( a 30% of the total amount of the reservation).

-         If the room you are booking is labeled as non refundable, non cancellable or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.

-         There are no refunds for “no shows”.

-          If the number of guests on your reservation is reduced once the reservation is paid it is up to the hotel to determine applicable refunds or penalties.

-         Early Departures due to a serious reason (health, weather, etc) are charged for the dates stayed +2 days 

-         For July and  August, early departures are non refundable.

Payment:

• 30% prepayment held as deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
• This deposit will be fully refunded if your reservation is cancelled earlier than 21 days prior to arrival.
• The rest of the amount will be settled upon departure
