Cancellation

• This reservation can be cancelled free of charges until the free cancellation date (see the summary of your online reservation) expires
• If cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, 25% of the total reservation amount will be charged
• If cancelled within 13 to 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged
• If cancelled within 6 or less days before the arrival date, 90% of the total reservation amount will be charged
• In case of no-show or early departure, the total reservation amount will be charged in full 

Payment:

If you chose to pay your reservation by credit card :

• No deposit is required at the time of your booking; your credit card will not be charged, but will be checked for validation purpose only
• When the free cancellation period (see the summary of your online reservation) expires, a 25% guarantee deposit will be charged
• The remaining amount due is to be paid upon arrival, in order to conclude your check-in at the hotel

If you chose to pay your reservation by bank transfer :

• A 25% guarantee deposit by bank transfer is required; please send a copy of the deposit payment by email (info@giannikos.gr) or fax (+30 23740-92221) within 2 working days after making your online reservation
• The remaining amount due is to be paid upon arrival, in order to conclude your check-in at the hotel
