" Frau irenes haus" is a family hotel in Sarti Halkidiki,with a big part of it redecorated in 2011 with 14 furnished, two rooms apartment and studios. Apartments of 3 and 4 - 5 persons, ideal for holidays with kids,   consist of 2 separate rooms and offer an equipped kitchen, balcony, shower-WC, A/C , wi fi and LCD tv satellite. Our studios for 2 and 3 person in a semi basement area of the house, extremly cool, ideal for small kids - includes autonomic entrance, fully equipped kitchen, shower - WC, veranda, TV satellite,  wi fi and air - conditioning. Located in an advanced area, very quite, less than 80m from the sandy beach of Sarti, next to a market area and 3min away from the touristic center of the village, is an ideal proposal for holidays in Sarti.

Policies

Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded , minus bank expensises in case of Bank transfer, and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 7 to 21 days prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be cancellation penalty of 35% of the total stay,or the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case that cancellation take place 7-2 days prior to the arranged arrival or non-show, there will be 100% of the total stay, cancellation fee.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

The hotel will charge 30% of the total stay of the booking as a deposit. The deposit is refundable in case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival. Please read carefully our cancellation policy.
