Cancellation

• If cancelled up to 15 days before the date of arrival; No cancellation fee will be charged.
• If cancelled 14 days or less before the date of arrival; 50% of the stay’s total amount will be charged.
• In case of no-show or early departure; 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.

Payment:

The reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Once the reservation is completed, Fira White Residence reserves the right to pre-authorize the total reservation amount from the provided credit card, which will be temporarily held and deducted from the customer’s credit card limit. This temporary hold is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the customer’s credit card. The hold falls off within 14 days at the latest. The preauthorization process ensures the online security and privacy of the card holder and prevents any fraudulent attempts.
