DELFINA ART HOTEL

The 46 apartments   35-40 m2 (studios) are situated northwest of the island of Crete, close to the village Kavros-Paralia Kournas at the region Geogioupolis. The modern luxurious styled 46 studios were built in 2004 and are 200 meters from the longest sandy beach of the island, between Chania and Rethymno. The distance to the airport and city of Chania is 45 km, to Heraklion airport and city 100 km, and to Rethymno town only 18km. The bus station is 50 meters away from the hotel. Next to the hotel there are: Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafeterias.

EQUIPMENT: Reception, Lounge, Restaurant, Main bar/café with Terrance, Sat,-TV corner, and lift. Also there is a WiFi internet connection. Outside you can find a swimming pool with fresh water and separate pool for the children with sun beds and umbrellas free of charge.

 All Studios are approximately 35-40m2 (2-4 people) With view to the pool or the mountains (leyka ori) and are fully equipped with: Kitchen ,WC  bath with shower and hair dryer, direct dial telephone , wake up service, individual air-condition (and heating), safe deposit box (chargeable), satellite TV , refrigerator(mini bar on request),balcony or terrace , laundry service(chargeable)  and a internet connection (Wi-Fi)    The facility also has rooms for disable and handicapped.

Our clients can take advantage of the facilities of Delfina beach hotel (350 meters away) like, Beach Bar/Tavern by the sea, sun beds and umbrella’s( with charge), billiard(with charge), tennis court, table tennis, mini golf, beach soccer, pen tong, beach volley, Basket ball, children’s play ground, Greek night Dancing show.

Cancellation

• In case of cancellation up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• In case of cancellation or modification later than 30 days before date of arrival , 100%  will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
   

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

You will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the reservation price at the time of booking.

You will be charged the remaining balance of the reservation, 30 days ahead of arrival.
