Policies

Cancellation

• If clients cancel or modify 30-21 days prior to scheduled arrival date: 25% of the total accommodation balance will be charged.
• If clients cancel or modify 20-14 days prior to scheduled arrival date: 50% of the total accommodation balance will be charged.
• If clients cancel or modify 13-8 days prior to scheduled arrival date: 75% of the total accommodation balance will be charged.
• If clients cancel or modify within 7-1 days prior to scheduled arrival date 90% of the total accommodation balance will be charged.
• In case of non-show or early departure, 100% of the total accommodation balance will be charged.

Payment:

Upon confirmation, 50% of the accommodation balance is required.
Remaining accommodation balance must be settled 14 days prior to arrival date.
NOTICE: 14 days prior to arrival date, the system will automatically charge the remaining balance to the credit card registered upon confirmation of the booking.
