Cancellation

* If cancelled up to14 days before date of arrival (depending on your cancellation period, no fee will be charged.

* If cancelled / modified later 100 percent deposit of the total amount is non refundable.

* non-show or departure prior to the arranged date, the total price of the initial agreed amount will be charged.

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.We accept all major credit cards (For AMEX there is a surcharge of 3%). For the Luxury Pool Suite and the Luxury Spa Suite a deposit of 30% will be charged on the date of the booking.

Guests are required to show the same credit card used to make the reservation and a photo ID of the card holder upon check-in. Otherwise, the full stay amount will need to be settled with a different method, either a different credit card with the card holder being present or cash.
