Up to 13 days before arrival:   No Charge 

7-13 days before arrival: 40% of the total stay is charged 

2-6 days before arrival :   50% of the total stay is charged 

2 days before arrival , NON-SHOW or Early Departure  100% of the total stay is charged 

Payment:

In order to secure the reservation, upon confirmation we kindly require a deposit equal to 50% and 7 days prior arrival Full payment is required.
