Cancellation

In case of cancellation 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival, 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees. In case of cancellation 24hours prior to arrival, non show or of departure earlier than the scheduled one, the total cost of the reservation is required.            

Payment:

  • Credit card or bank deposit guarantee of 50% of the total amount is required to secure a reservation.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to pre-charge credit cards prior to the guests’ arrival.
  • If cancellation policy requires return of the prepayment, this will be deposited within 30 days (for bank account deposits).
  • Balance will be paid on arrival.
