Cancellation

• In case of cancellation 15 days prior to arrival in Low and Middle season (1 April - 4 June & 21 September - 31 October) and 22 days prior in High and Peak season (5 June - 20 September) no fee will be charged.

• In case of cancellation within 14 days in Low and Middle season (1 April - 4 June & 21 September - 31 October) or within 21 days in High and Peak season (5 June - 20 September), 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.

• No show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.

Payment:

• A signed confirmation of the hotel is required in order a reservation to be considered guarantee.

• In order to guarantee the booking a deposit of 50%, via credit card or wire bank transfer is required 14 days prior to guest’s arrival in Low and Middle season (1 April - 3 June & 20 September - 31 October) and 21 days in High and Peak season (4 June - 19 September). The rest 50% should be settled upon check in. The credit card used to make the reservation should be provided upon check in.
