Cancellation

• Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit, with no cancellation fees applied.
• Cancellations made 7 days or fewer prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

Payment:

• A 30% prepayment of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
• The remaining balance is to be settled at the hotel reception upon arrival.
