LOCATION

Avra Imperial Beach Resort & Spa is a brand new 5* deluxe resort built within 65,000 m2

of gardens and water areas. The resort is located by the beautiful beach of Kolymbari

(1,000m long with sand and pebbles); only 3 minutes walk from the picturesque village

of Kolymbari and 250m from the Harbour of the area.

Kolymbari is located about 24 km west of Chania and 38 km from Chania Airport.

RESTAURANTS & BARS

BASILICO: The main Restaurant of Avra Imperial Beach Resort & Spa with an impressive terrace overlooking the main pool offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet style. Theme nights are also organized occasionally.

BASILICO ANNEX: The second main restaurant of the Hotel offers dinner with set menu with flavors of the world; only for adults guests.

BLUE DONG: The Asian à-la-carte restaurant of the hotel with flavors that reminiscent the East!

AL FRESCO (for Lunch): The à-la-carte snack bar which offers light meals and snacks with Greek and Mediterranean tastes during lunch time

AL FRESCO Italian Restaurant (for Dinner): The Italian à-la-carte restaurant which offers

food with Italian influences during dinner time.

LE BAR: The Lounge Bar next to hotel’s Lobby

in which live music nights are occasionally organized.

AURA & AURA ANNEX: The Pool Bars by the 2 main pools of the hotel.

BLU: The Beach Bar on the beach.

SPA & WELL-BEING

The Spa Centre covers an area of 1,900 m2 and offers the following facilities:

• Indoor heated swimming pool of 200 m2 with pool surround cascade, water jets and 6 special stainless steel hydro massage loungers (free of charge for all hotel guests).

• Jacuzzi for 8 people (free of charge for all hotel guests).

• Fully equipped gym with separated space for aerobic (free of charge for all hotel guests).

• Temperature and water zone with steam room, finnish sauna and ice making equipment, a 5 m long foot path for a medium intensity foot massage and 4 different kind of shower (mist shower, bithermal shower, scottish shower, cold rain shower), automated therapy loungers (free of charge for all hotel guests).

• Therapy and relax zone offering healing body and face treatments, Vichy shower, body massage, Asian treatments, special packages for couples, pregnancy and bridal. Special area to use after treatments with heated loungers, color therapy, aromatherapy & tea corner.

 Children under 15 years old are not allowed to use the spa facilities.

SWIMMING POOLS & BEACH FACILITIES

• The diamond of Avra Imperial Beach Resort & Spa is its impressive huge glass swimming pool which covering a total area of 1,500 m2.

• A second main pool next to the second hotel’s Pool Bar.

• A fresh sea water pool which covers a total area of 700 m2.

• Two children’s pools with fresh water serve our younger visitors (one of the pools is shaded).

• The awarded with the Blue Flag since 2011 beach of Kolymbari is equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas for all guests free of charge.

• Beach and pool towel service is available throughout the day free of charge.

CONFERENCES & BANQUETING FACILITIES

There are 10 conference halls, covering a total area of 2,000 m2. The main conference hall can host up to 1,100 people in theatre style and is equipped with the latest conference and banqueting facilities.

ΜINI CLUB

Cancellation

Cancellation & Modification Policy

Cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fees will be applied.

Cancellation or modification within 7 days of arrival: A cancellation or modification made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation value.

Modifications resulting in a shortened stay: Any modification that reduces the duration of the stay, made from 6 days prior to arrival up to the arrival date, will be subject to a 100% charge based on the original booking value.

No-show: In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.

Early departure: Early departures will be charged 100% of the remaining value of the reservation.

Payment:

100% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card 7 days prior to arrival.

In case of cancellation within this period, the amount is non-refundable.
