Cancellation

Any cancellation made 21 prior to arrival, result in 50% of the stay

You may cancel latest up to 14 days prior to arrival and no further charge will apply as cancellation fee besides the 50% deposit already charged.
If cancelled later than that, the 100% of the reservation amount will be charged and can not be used for future reservations.

No show or departure prior to the scheduled date result in 100% charge of the stay

Important notice: A reservation is considered cancelled only when the Hotel receives the cancellation through Webhotelier. Changes to any bookings must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by the hotel . Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change. Additional policies and fees may apply when booking more than 3 rooms as this will be considered a group booking.

Rate does not include the Climate Resilience Tax 2.00euro per room per night payable at the hotel upon check out

Payment:

Payment policy: 50% of the total reservation cost is charged to the provided credit card 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date and the remaining amount within 14 days prior the scheduled arrival date at the hotel
