1). For reservations in the period between May 1st up to October 17th:

Cancellation free of penalty will be accepted if notified 30 days (by 12:00pm local time) prior to arrival.

A late cancellation from 30 days (by 12:.01pm local time) prior to arrival and on, a penalty equal to 50% of the total stay will incur

3). Early departure: 100% of remaining stay will apply as an early departure fee.
4). No Shows: No shows for all rooms will incur in a penalty fee equal to 100% of the total stay.

Any cancellation fee will be debited to the credit card given to guarantee the reservation if already charged

Payment:

A payment of the 50% of the total amount is required 30 days before arrival.

The remaining balance is payable 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival.
