Policies

Cancellation

For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival there is no charge.

For all later cancellations or no show 100% of the total reservation cost to be charged as reservation fees.

Payment:

Our payment policy is to pre-authorize your credit card for about 30% of your reservation cost after your booking.

Pre-authorization is a guarantee for your reservation and the preauthorized amount will be blocked in your account for 7-14 days depending on your bank preauthorization rules. After that period the amount will be unblocked and will return into your account.

30 days before your arrival date we'll preauthorize the rest 70% of your reservation cost.
This guarantee is used only in case of earlier departure, no-show or for later than 30 days before arrival cancellations.

For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival there is no charge or cancellation fees.

For cancellations later than 30 days before arrival, earlier departure or no show, 100% of the total reservation cost to be charged as cancellation fees.

We don't charge our guests before their arrival at Apsenti. We will arrange your reservation cost when you check in the hotel as you prefer (visa, mastercard, maestro  or cash).
