Cancellation

Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival and no shows are subject to 100% penalty.

Early departure is charged with full remainder of stay

Payment:

Full payment must be settled on the day of expiry of free cancellation period.

In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation.

Please note that credit card payments require the cardholder's presence and signature, along with the physical credit card used to make the reservation.
