Cancellation

If cancellation occurs up to 22 days prior to arrival, the 30% deposit will be held as cancellation fees.

If cancellation occurs 21-0 days prior to arrival, the total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fees.

In case of no-show, or early departure, the 100% of total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fees.

Payment:

• 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged on Client's credit card on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
• Remaining balance 21 days before the arrival.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the client's Credit Card to secure payment.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time in case invalid credit card information or data has been provided
