Any cancellation made within 21 days , the 50% deposit is retained.
Non-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the total reservation amount.

The property is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or other force majeure circumstances.
Payment:
In order to guarantee the booking, a deposit of 50% (via credit card or wire bank transfer) is required 21 days prior to the guest’s arrival . The rest 50% should be paid at the check-in.
Deposit is fully refundable in case of cancellations complying with the Hotels' cancellation policy.
The Climate Resilience Tax - Summer € 10.00 per night/per room is not included in the rate and it is payable upon check out.
