Both maisonettes and the studio dispose with heating, air-condition, coffee-machine, kettle, satellite TV, hair-dryer, safe-box, iron and iron board upon request, terraces with the view of the sea or the fields.

Cancellation

• Εάν η ακύρωση γίνει έως και 21 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη, δεν ισχύουν χρεώσεις.
• Για ακυρώσεις αργότερα, θα χρεωθεί το 50% του συνολικού ποσού.
• Σε περίπτωση μη άφιξης, θα εφαρμοστούν χρεώσεις ακύρωσης 100%.
• Το υπόλοιπο 50% του συνολικού ποσού θα καταβληθεί κατά την άφιξη.

Payment:

Δεν απαιτείται προπληρωμή. Ο επισκέπτης θα πληρώσει το 50% του συνολικού κόστους της κράτησης μετά το πέρας της δωρεάν ακύρωσης.

Σε περίπτωση αποτυχίας παροχής πληρωμής όπως αναφέρεται παραπάνω, το ξενοδοχείο διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να ακυρώσει την κράτηση χωρίς καμία περαιτέρω υποχρέωση.
