Με την ολοκλήρωση της κράτησης το Aeolos Mykonos Hotel έχει το δικαίωμα να εκτελέσει έλεγχο προέγκρισης της πιστωτικής κάρτας, δεσμεύοντας προσωρινά το συνολικό ποσό της κράτησης το οποίο και αφαιρείται από το πιστωτικό όριο του πελάτη. Κατά τη διαδικασία της προέγκρισης η πιστωτική κάρτα του πελάτη δεν χρεώνεται και το ποσό απελευθερώνεται το αργότερο εντός 14 ημερών. Η συγκεκριμένη διαδικασία εγγυάται την ασφάλεια των διαδικτυακών συναλλαγών και τη προστασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων του κατόχου της πιστωτικής κάρτας, ενώ αποτρέπει τυχόν δόλιες προσπάθειες υποκλοπής τους.
