Aenaon Villas are situated at the highest and narrowest part of Santorini, right on the edge of the world-famous caldera, and are open to all four points of the horizon, from east to west.

The villas’ exterior is built in a traditional style, according to Cycladic architecture. Each offers a separate living room and dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and private veranda. Some feature a fireplace.

Guests are served Greek, continental or American breakfast each morning.

Private verandas provide access to the infinity pool, which is built on the caldera’s edge and offers views of the Aegean Sea, the caldera, the volcano and the unique sunset.

Cancellation

If a reservation is cancelled:

• 31 to 90 days prior to the arrival date, 20% of the total cost of your stay is charged.
• 8 to 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of your stay is charged.
• 1 to 7 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total cost of your stay is charged.
• In case of no-show, or departure before the scheduled date, the total cost of your stay is charged.

Payment:

The hotel will charge the guest's credit card with an amount that equals to 20% of the total accommodation cost.

In case of a ‘force majeure’ cancellation (like Covid-19 pandemic) the hotel will provide a credit of the deposit fee for rescheduling the reservation within the same or next season.
