Cancellation

• Cancellation at least 30 days before the arrival: no charge and the whole deposit will be refunded.
• For cancellation or changes later,the total amount of the reservation(100%) will be charged.
• In case of non-show, there is charge in full (100%)of the reservation amount.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there is charge in full(100%)of the remaining stay.

Payment:

• For reservations 01-03 nights:1 night deposit is required.
• For reservations 04-05 nights:2 nights deposit is required.
• For reservations more than 5 nights:50% deposit is required. 
• For on line reservations,credit card guarantee is required, to secure your reservation.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to guests arrival. Credit card number and expiration date is required.
