Cancellation

For any cancellation that takes place at least 2 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.

For any cancellation that takes place 2 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the total amount will be charged as cancellation penalty fee.

In case of non-show, total cost of reservation will be charged as cancellation fee.

In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 50% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
