Cancellation

• If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. 
• If cancelled or modified up after 14 days prior arrival cancellation fees 50%.
• If cancelled or modified up after 7 days prior arrival cancellation fees 100%

Non Show costs 100% of the total amount.

Early departure:  Guests are charged the full amount of their stay in case of early departure/non-completion of official reservation days.

Important note: For identification & security reasons is required to display the credit card used for the payment of the reservation and the cardholder must be present with a matching government-issued photo ID.

 Please note that if the payment is done with a credit card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the hotel the cardholder has to contact the hotel by email in order to finalize the payment.

Payment:

• 30% prepayment held as deposit will be charged on the credit card anytime after booking.
• If prepayment is unsuccessfull the hotel will keep the reservation active for 72 hours, after that time the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• This deposit will be fully refunded if your reservation is cancelled earlier than 25 days prior to arrival.
• The rest of the amount will be settled upon departure.
