• Due to rate specialty, cancellations or modifications of the booking are not permitted.
• In case of cancellation or no show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged as cancellation fees.

• Due to rate specialty, full prepayment is required. The prepayment is NON REFUNDABLE.
• NOTE: Please note that upon check in you must present the credit card that you made the reservation.

For voucher reservations no refund can be made regardless of the applicable policy
