Cancellation

In the unfortunate instance that your reservation must be cancelled the following policies apply:

Cancellations made 7 days and before the date of arrival - no charges are made
Cancellations made within 7 days of the date of arrival - 100% of the total reservation is charged
If the rate that you have booked is a non-refundable rate no refund is given in the case of cancellation

Payment:

To confirm your booking we will require one of the following:

A deposit paid via bank transfer (please ask for details)
A valid credit card number together with the cardholder's name, expiry date and CVC/CVV (your credit card is not charged unless the rate you have chosen is a non-refundable rate. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your card 10 days before your arrival.
