Daphne’s Club Hotel Apartments is situated next to the pretty beach of Sykia and the unique “Pefkias” pine forest of Xylokastro. At a distance of only 90 min from Athens and 60 min from Patras, it is a great place to stop for a few nights or spend long and memorable holidays. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, Daphne’s Club is a small oasis of peace and quiet; yet just 2km away lies the famous summer resort of Xylokastro, with its restaurants, cinemas, bars, shops, tennis courts, spa… Our spacious and sunny 1, 2 and 3-room apartments, all with fully-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, satellite TV and their own private balcony, can accommodate from 1 to 5 persons. Guests can also enjoy the cosy living room while children play in their in- or outdoor playgrounds. Beach chairs and umbrellas, bicycles, wireless internet access and a guest business desk are provided free of charge. Daphne’s Club Hotel Apartments was awarded the European “Ecolabel” in December 2008 and the international “Green Key” in June 2010.

Policies

Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 20 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the deposit will be withheld.
• In case of cancellation of part of the agreed number of days after a guest’s arrival he/she is required to pay the rent equivalent to 50% of the canceled number of days.
• In case of no-show guests are required to pay the rent of 50% of the originally agreed number of days.

Payment:

A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay is required to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The minimum amount of the deposit is the cost of one night. The deposit will be charged to your credit card as soon as your reservation is completed. The remaining amount can be paid at check out, cash or by credit card. If you wish to prepay the whole amount, please specify this in the "Special requests / Remarks" section of the booking form.
